Take a well-deserved evening just for you. Join us for a calming and uplifting Ladies Evening Out designed to help you refresh your body, renew your mind, and reconnect—with yourself and with others.

We’ll begin the night by easing into connection and hydration, followed by a grounding yoga session to release tension and restore balance. After nourishing breaks to hydrate and socialize, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxing one-hour sound bath, allowing you to fully unwind and reset.

This evening is all about slowing down, feeling supported, and leaving refreshed—inside and out.

Evening Itinerary

5:15 PM – Welcome, Hydrate & Socialize

5:45 PM – Flow Yoga (45 minutes)

6:30 PM – Hydration Break, Nourish & Socialize

6:45 PM – Sound Bath (60 minutes)

7:45 PM – Hydrate, Nourish & Socialize

8:00 PM – Dismiss

Come as you are, bring a friend, bring your yoga mat (for yoga), warm comfy attire, blanket and pillow (for sound bath) and give yourself permission to relax—you deserve it! ✨
