Generative AI is no longer a “someday” tool  as more and more professionals are using one (or more) to communicate, create, plan, market, and manage daily work. But for many business owners and professionals, it can still feel confusing, fast-moving, or hard to know where to begin.

In this practical and engaging session, Princess Paula returns to the Forest Lake Area Chamber to help attendees make sense of tools like ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini without the tech overwhelm. Whether you are brand new to generative AI or already experimenting with it, this training will show you how to use AI more confidently, clearly, and effectively in real business situations.

We will cover prompt engineering, settings for AI, Claude co-work and a plethora of uses for both your professional and personal life. This session is designed for busy professionals who want useful ideas they can understand, test, and apply right away.
