Ladies Out to Lunch is a monthly gathering of dynamic women who are committed to empowering one another to thrive and live authentically—in life and in business. Each month we delve into a new topic centered around personal and professional growth!

Each session is standalone so feel free to jump right in!

This month:


Flower essences are new to most. They are not essential oils and they do not have a fragrance. They are taken either orally or applied topically to the body.  


They are gentle plant-based infusions that work on an emotional and energetic level, helping to support balance, clarity, and well-being.  

Flower essences have been helpful for those who wish to incorporate natural healing into their lives for symptoms such as anxiety, grief, fear, trauma, lack of focus and enhance feelings of joy and peace within.   


Each plant expresses a unique way of being — and that expression often mirrors emotional patterns we experience.

Take the bleeding heart plant as an example. What do you notice?
Drooping stems. Gently hanging leaves. Small heart-shaped blossoms suspended like offerings.

This plant visibly carries the energy of the heart. Bleeding heart flower essence is often used to support emotional healing, particularly around heartbreak, grief, and patterns of codependency. It invites softening where there has been holding, and healing where there has been pain.

In this intimate, hands-on 101 workshop, you’ll be guided through the basics of flower essences—what they are, how they’re made, and how to work with them intentionally for Animals or Humans of any age.  A simple, gentle and natural remedy to add to your apothecary cabinet.  

You will have the option to create your own unique flower essence remedy using simple tools, allowing space for creativity, connection, and quiet reflection. No prior experience is needed—just curiosity and a love for flowers and healing.

*A $20 materials contribution includes all supplies, supports the flowers and tools used to craft your custom personal flower essence. (Particiaption is optional.)
